Core recurring scope

• Trash and recycling points
• Restrooms and supply restocking
• Breakrooms and kitchens
• Touchpoints, doors, handles, switches, and counters
• Vacuuming, mopping, and entry areas
• Lobby, reception, conference rooms, and shared spaces

Periodic scope

Periodic tasks can include high dusting, detailed restroom work, carpet extraction, upholstery cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, machine scrubbing, and detail projects. These should be scheduled clearly so they do not become assumptions.

What to exclude or price separately

Move-outs, construction cleanup, biohazard work, hoarding conditions, outdoor work, and specialty restoration should be defined separately from recurring janitorial service.
